Texas Tax-Exempt Certificate Upload

Texas Tax-Exempt Documentation Upload | Request Tax-Exempt Billing

If your organization qualifies for exemption from Texas sales tax, please upload your completed Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification (Form 01-339) for review.

To comply with Texas tax regulations, we must have a valid exemption certificate on file before tax-exempt billing can be applied to your account.

Before You Upload

Please ensure:

✅ The certificate is fully completed and signed

✅ The legal organization name matches the entity listed on your contract, proposal, purchase order, or invoice

✅ The exemption certificate is being submitted by the organization claiming the exemption

✅ All information is current and accurate

Important Information Is a 501(c)(3) letter sufficient?

No. An IRS determination letter alone does not establish exemption from Texas sales tax. A completed Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certification (Form 01-339) is required.

Do you need a tax-exempt number?

Texas does not issue a general "tax-exempt number." The signed exemption certificate serves as the documentation required to claim exemption.

When will my request be reviewed?

Our Accounting team will review your submission and update your account accordingly. If additional information is needed, we will contact the billing representative listed on your account.

Will my invoices automatically become tax-exempt?

Not immediately. Tax-exempt status will be applied only after the submitted documentation has been reviewed and accepted.
